Larry Hayes has been helping people invest in real estate since 1974.  He is the founder of Hayes and Associates and is licensed in Montana and Idaho.  He focuses on income properties with an emphasis on self storage and triple net properties as a client representative and forming real estate investment partnerships under various entities.
 

Kathryn Wolhart has had a varied and interesting business life.  Owner/operator of a restaurant/resort, partner in Mount Rainier Alpine guides, trekking guide on Mount Everest, real estate investor, self storage owner and  finally real estate brokerage.  She is the past president of the Montana Association of Real Estate Exchangers.
 

Steven A. Hall, MAI, FRICS, CCIM has been in the real estate industry since 1975 and has primarily been involved in the appraisal profession.  A licensed Realtor in Montana, Steve has been involved in buyer representation and real estate development and has associated with Larry Hayes for the last 15+ years.  Education includes a degree in finance from the University of Montana and the professional designations obtained which gives him a strong analytical background to assist clients in valuation analysis.  Helping people find the CRE investment that best suits their risk tolerance is a driving force in why he enjoys the challenges of the brokerage business.

David R. Laney has over 16 years of real estate experience and is currently a CCIM candidate who is licensed in both Arizona and New Mexico.  In addition to specializing in self storage investment sales and management, Mr. Laney is active in the leasing, sales and management of office, retail and industrial properties.  Mr. Laney is currently an active member of the Arizona Self Storage Association and is spearheading the creation of the New Mexico Self Storage Association.  Previous assignments include asset management and leasing of over 1.4 million square feet of Office and Industrial properties that were held by an institutional REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust)  in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe markets.

Ryan Layton is Vice President of American Real Estate Associates and focuses on the sale and development of Self Storage, Industrial and Investment Properties in Washington State. Ryan has widespread knowledge in selling income properties including mobile home parks, office condominiums and self storage facilities having represented sales of over $20 million in investments in the Spokane Area over the past 2 years. He is a member of the Washington State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Commercial Brokers Association of Washington.
