Additionally, by virtue of his appointment to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of Louisville Metro in 2004, Paul has gained vast knowledge of the planning and zoning process including Conditional Use Permits, Variances and Waivers. Meet Chris Hitler

Chris Hitler has been a real estate investor since 1997.  He is a self storage broker, manager and owner.  He currently manages four self storage facilities in southeastern Wisconsin.  Chris has experience in several industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, financial services, distribution and energy.  He has focused on a variety of  issues facing businesses such as developing sales growth strategies, assessing cost reduction opportunities, evaluating sales force effectiveness, segmenting customers, improving working capital  utilization, developing business partnerships, reengineering and  standardizing processes, and piloting new service offerings. Chris earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
